Tell us about your role at MCC 

I operate one of the Gallus RCS flexo printing presses at our Brisbane plant. It has eleven printing units that are interchangeable with a silkscreen printing unit and also has two die cutting stations for jobs that require a back cut. It has a butt splice, turret and waste disposal for the removal of matrix. There are turner bars at the top of the press and at the turret for back printing and wound in turret rolls. It also has a laminating unwind/upwind that allows for laminating or cold foil. With the butt splice unit, the press unwind and foil unit I am able to run three materials simultaneously.
