Tell us about your role at MCC

My role is to assist the printer. I make sure the next job is prepared. This means plates, materials, chambers and ink are ready to go. I also believe it is essential for the Print Assistant and Printer to have a great rapport.

What is your favourite part of your role

I enjoy every aspect of my job. Every day there is a new challenge to be met. It is always different. There is never a dull moment.

What advice do you have for someone who wants to work in labels

My advice for someone thinking of working in the label industry; great choice. There is such a variety of jobs. Printers and Print Assistants are just the tip of what is available.

Why do you love working at MCC

I love working at MCC because not only is our team filled with great people but the whole factory is like a family. Everyone supports and helps each other. I must say I also enjoy our four day weekends that our shift structure gives us!
