Jessica Johnson
Customer Action Team Manager
Joined in 2020
Jessica manages our multi-site Australian Customer Action Team. Based in Sydney, she was a vital member of the team that integrated the Adhesif business into MCC, in February 2021. Jess joined us with a strong background in customer service and team management working in packaging, FMCG and industrial goods with experience in manufacturing and B2B environments. She loves to problem solve, has a beautifully calm approach and is now a key cog in ensuring our customer experience is world class.

Dianne Parker

Dianne is a Customer Action Team member based in Brisbane. Her responsibilities stretch across a variety of locations, all across the country. Di has a strong knowledge of customers in FMCG and food manufacturing as well as our homeland sector of protein, and her dedication to best-in-class customer service is top notch.

Margo has been with us for 10 years and is based in Sydney. With her industry and solid systems knowledge, she has perfected her processes for our customers. Margo has a customer base across New South Wales and Victoria.

Based in Sydney as a Customer Action Team member, Sharni has a large customer base in Northern New South Wales and Southern Queensland. Although new to manufacturing she has vast Customer service experience and is always happy to help all our customers.

Svetlana is a Customer Action Team member based in Sydney and she joined us from the Adhesif team in February 2021. Svet is by far our most experienced CAT member and has a huge wealth of knowledge about our valued blue-chip customer base. We're delighted to have Svet, another lifer, on the team.

Julia heads up our very strong Customer Action Team. Julia is passionate about Customer Service and is an advocate for all MCC customers within the business. She combines her passion with attention to detail, stringent adherence to process and expert communication. The result is total clarity with no ambiguity ensuring that our customer's requirements are always met and they are always fully informed. Interestingly Julia was a beauty therapist in a previous life and can still be seen doing nails and make-up for the occasional wedding and event.

Cheryl brings years of Customer Service and print experience to her role at MCC. Cheryl is particularly strong at building relationships with our customers and intuitively understands their requirements. After immigrating to New Zealand many years ago from the UK she may also be just finally cracking many of our wonderful colloquialisms and place names!!
