Challenge
Our valued client Canberra Milk had a limited edition flavoured milk to launch in collaboration with the Canberra Raiders NRL team. The product, Raiders Choc Mint, was selected by the players themselves.
Canberra Milk gave away thousands of samples at a Raiders game to promote the launch, in advance of it hitting the stores. Being a limited edition, only a small number of labels were required within a tight timeframe. We were pleased to work with them to supply this limited edition label as part of their major promotion.
Solution
Our digital label printing technology was the perfect solution. Digital printing is ideal for short label runs and our HP Indigo presses offer excellent print quality.
Ensuring colour consistency of these digitally printed labels was a key requirement. The Canberra Milk logo needed to be reproduced consistently with labels for the standard milk range that we print via our flexo technology. Plus it was essential to get the Raiders logo and special green perfect. This was made possible via our leading edge HP Indigo press which provides excellent print quality and bright, vibrant colours. It is possible to print in up to 7 colours, covering 97% of the PANTONE® range.
Result
We've successfully supplied high-quality labels for this promotion, meeting both branding and operational requirements, and our client is thrilled with the result. We hope Canberrans enjoy this limited edition product while it lasts!
