We have a flexible mix of digital and flexo technologies to print high-quality personal care labels.

We have leading edge HP Indigo Digital Offset printing technology which provides excellent print quality and is ideal for short runs and multiple varieties. Our state of the art flexo presses is set up to efficiently print long runs of high-quality labels and can print up to 11 colours. Our full range of embellishments is available for both digitally and flexo printed labels. We can also provide you with additional opportunities to draw attention to your brand through the use of promotional labels including medal labels, price call-outs, competitions, and our DUALabel multi-layer labels.

Specialist material portfolio

Personal care product labels need to successfully withstand a number of challenges. The labels are often applied to tricky containers that are squeezable, contoured, or rigid. Conformability of the label to the container may be required, and the labels are often unusually shaped. They also need to withstand sometimes tough environmental conditions over a long period of time such as heat, moisture, exposure to chemicals and repeated handling.

We offer a specialist material portfolio to suit including; waterproof materials, specialty adhesives, moisture resistant lamination films and materials that are water, oil, and chemical resistant. Our latest offering is our oil proof paper - contact us for a sample. 

Environmentally sustainable materials 

We offer a broad and continually growing selection of environmentally sustainable label material options. Our range includes recycled content, renewable content, compostable and biodegradable materials.
