We have a weekly production cycle. Pharmacies have until Tuesday midday to place orders and then we manufacture as a group every Thursday. Labels are then delivered to you on the Monday. We make hundreds of thousands of labels every week for pharmacies across New Zealand. This allows us to incorporate your pharmacy logo and information whilst enjoying a group buy. We are also printing on demand locally which means we don’t hold large volumes of your finished inventory which can age (reducing the effectiveness of the adhesive), and we don’t need a long lead time.
The specifications for our standard three-part dispensing labels for the New Zealand market are: 72 x 61mm, 750 labels/roll, 1 across, 76mm core, Lingard Pharma direct thermal removable material, and a minimum order of 9,000 labels (12 rolls). Our prices are free into store.

Our pharmacy dispensary labels are printed on our specialist premium Lingard Pharma direct thermal removable adhesive material.
This material offers clean, crisp thermal imaging with excellent resistance to fading to allow for long term legibility for the important script information. It is also scratch and scuff resistant. Our material is matched with an industry-leading removable adhesive specifically designed for pharmacy labelling. It offers excellent adhesion to all surfaces in the pharmacy supply chain including small vials, paper bags and skillets, while retaining long term removability and UV resistance to ensure longer term integrity of the label. The material is supplied on a high-density liner that allows for all parts of the dispensary label to be removed easily and it is fully recyclable.
We’ve done extensive testing and trialling both in our laboratory and in the field to ensure we offer the very best material solution. Our European-sourced Lingard Pharma offers superior thermal chemistry that ensure long print head life unlike other low-quality sheets that can damage print heads prematurely. Our labels offer consistent and reliable quality for hassle free use.
Both the top sheet and the liner of our Lingard Pharma material are FSC® Mix certified.
Our material is ideal for high-quality flexographic printing, giving vibrant colours and crisp lines. It also offers excellent UV resistance which provides long term colour vibrancy over other digital technologies. The print will not fade or deteriorate over time as the ink is permanently cured using UV light, rather than overprinted using a small thermal printer.
We print using our 7 and 8 colour presses so we have the ultimate in flexibility when it comes to your multi-colour logo.
