We have a flexible mix of digital and flexo technologies to print high-quality shrink sleeves.
We have leading edge HP Indigo Digital Offset printing technology which provides excellent print quality and is ideal for short runs and multiple varieties. In addition, digital printing offers the opportunity to add variable data or even personalise so that every sleeve is different.
Our state of the art flexo presses are set up to efficiently print long runs of high-quality shrink sleeves. Our flexo presses can print up to 11 colours and have a range of automation equipment for continuous, efficient manufacturing. We also use inline camera inspection to ensure consistent and repeatable quality throughout the entire run.
Shrink sleeve artwork is a challenge, because the shrinking process can compromise the design. Our internal team of experienced prepress professionals use sophisticated shrink sleeve software that simulates warping on the container to accurately predict artwork distortion. The final result is a beautifully printed and shrunk package that accurately presents your brand.
