Using our unique design, we are able to insert the EAS tag into your existing thermal label and the label size does not need to be increased to allow direct thermal printing over the EAS tag position.
Our patented design allows you to overprint your label and apply with an EAS label integrated into the label. This removes the need for a secondary label to be applied, increasing throughput speeds and ensuring all products that require a security tag are tagged.
The EAS tag is covertly hidden within the label, and tagged product is not easily identifiable. This ensures maximum security impact and consistent on pack appearance.
Our solution is easily integrated into existing label printing and applicator equipment, and works successfully with retailer's Radio Frequency EAS security systems.
