Flexible manufacturing technology

Our four modern factories are equipped with leading-edge MIS, pre-press and printing equipment. Our printing technologies include both digital offset and flexographic to allow us to competitively supply short and long run, static and variable work. We have leading edge HP Indigo Digital Offset printing technology which provides excellent print quality and is ideal for short runs.

We also have state of the art flexo presses for efficiently printing long runs of high quality labels. We utilise the latest in flexo plate technology, allowing us to print your labels with sharp detail and excellent quality. We have a vast range of embellishments on offer for both flexo and digitally printed labels. Visit our embellishments page to see the full range.

Our printing and finishing machinery suppliers include HP, Gallus, Mark Andy, Nilpeter, ABG, Prati and Rotoflex. Our software suppliers are Esko and CERM.

Automation and quality control

Our factories are equipped with a range of automation and quality control machinery. Continuous, efficient manufacturing is achieved through our automation equipment and workflow management.

We also use inline camera inspection to ensure consistent and repeatable quality throughout the entire run. We also have specialist machines designed specifically for 100% quality control inspection of pharmaceutical label work.

Integrated workflow management

We have sophisticated software and workflow automation across our four facilities for a seamless client experience. Our best-in-breed label software is CERM, Esko, WebCenter and Web4Labels. These four systems are fully integrated and automatically linked, sharing information and workflows for accuracy, speed and convenience. Our configuration is highly developed, constantly refined and industry-leading.

Warehousing and stock management

We operate best practice warehousing facilities at each of our factories. In order to provide a totally integrated service to our clients, we offer a comprehensive warehousing and distribution service.
